Throughout the Metroplex.
Seasonal Flight DataMid-late April through first frost.
General NotesLarvae overwinter and begin feeding on new leaves in the spring. They pupate, and the first adults are usually on the wing by mid to late April. Adults prefer tree sap and rotted fruit.
